Write to hello@fancytexthub.org. There is no contact form on this site on purpose: a form would mean your message passing through a third-party service, and this site is built so that nothing you type leaves your browser. Plain email keeps it that way.
Replies usually take two to three working days. If you are reporting a broken style, a message with the details below can be fixed in one round trip instead of five.
Reporting a style that shows empty boxes
An empty box means the font on your device has no glyph for that character — see how the styles are built for why that happens. To fix or retire a style I need to know where it failed, so please include:
- The style name exactly as it appears in the gallery (for example “Fraktur Strike”).
- Your device and OS version — iPhone 13 on iOS 18, Redmi Note 12 on Android 14, Windows 11, and so on.
- The app and screen where it broke: Instagram bio, WhatsApp chat list, a game name field, a Discord username.
- A screenshot, if you can. One image saves a lot of guessing.
The same information helps when a style works but gets rejected: some apps strip or block characters even when your phone draws them perfectly. If an app says “invalid characters”, tell me which app and which style, and the limit table on the character limits section gets corrected.
A word before you send a “not working” email
Most reports turn out to be one of three things, and all three are easy to check first:
- The app reverted the text on save. Instagram and some games accept the styled text in the field but store plain letters. The style is fine; the platform is rewriting it.
- The text was pasted into a field with a different font. If the field hard-codes its own typeface, styled Unicode still shows, but anything relying on letter shapes looks unchanged.
- The limit counted differently. A style with combining marks can be 6 characters long and 30 code points. Some platforms count the latter.
If it is none of those, it is a real bug and worth an email.
What is not handled here
This is a free tool with no accounts, so there is nothing to recover, cancel or refund. There is no newsletter and no mailing list to be removed from. Requests to buy the domain, place paid links or publish guest posts are ignored — the site carries no sponsored content.
Privacy of your message
Your email is used to reply to you and nothing else. It is not added to a list, sold, or passed to an advertising partner. What the site itself does with data is described in the privacy policy, and the rules for using the styles — including commercial use — are in the terms of use.
Who answers
Fancy Text Generator is built and maintained by Ahmad Raza. He writes the generator, checks the Unicode ranges, keeps the platform limits current and answers this inbox. If a style breaks after an app update, this is the address that gets the fix.
